My goal was to lose 20 lbs., and I lost almost 30 lbs in 2.5 months. My highest loss was 7 pounds the first week, then I lost steadily. This diet really does work, but you MUST stay on plan, and follow the protocol to a T!
It's the best plan I've tried, and I highly recommend it. Be ready, though, to stay on plan, and you will be so happy with the results. Good luck!
