I started the ideal protein diet a couple of years ago. Sadly, I had to stop the diet per doctor recommendation because of some health issues.
I came across my IP food in my pantry while spring cleaning. Expiration dates range from 2011-2012, so I am getting rid of them fairly cheap. If you are in the Las Vegas or Reno area and interested, send me a message. If you are in another area and willing to pay shipping costs I am willing to ship.
