I find I need a "heavy" breakfast to get my day started as I need to feel full. So I use Proti-Diet's pancake mix (90 or 100 cal w/ 7 carbs I think - however I am sure its considered unrestricted in the IP world) w/ an egg white mixed into the batter + WF pancake syrup. At lunch I have soup fortified w/ 1 cup of steamed zucchini and salad if needed. Hot foods are supposed to be more satiating and I have found that to be true.
In the afternoon I make a spinach enhanced chocolate or vanilla shake and what I do is drink 1/4 of it, take the remaining 3/4 and pour 1/3 into each of 3 small pyrex dishes, cover w/ saran wrap and freeze. Mid afternoon have 1 of these semi-frozen shakes, around 5:30 have a second one, and the last one is my bedtime snack. Dinner is protein (usually have already had some at lunch, so have the balance at dinner) w/ veggies and salad. Also have a few cucumber spears - either salted or my newest idea - flavored with Mio, as an appetizer.

This routine keeps me feeling full. Also drink 90-120 oz Mio flavored water.

I'm always hungry too, and started a thread about it several weeks ago. The best advice I got was about the egg whites. I didn't know we could have them. That also may have been where I learned that cucumbers are limitless. They are good to snack on. My job does not allow for snacking like that, but if you can do it, give it a try. I have my snack (an EAS shake) in the morning between breakfast and lunch rather than in the evening. That helps me.

Cucumbers are now limitless???? Is this for real? when did this happen? I count them as my veg everyday.. sometimes all 4 cups.

Chloe, you soak the cukes in just mio or mio and water? are they good?

My coach said that I'm allowed to split my veggies throughout the day, so here's my typical day, which helps curb the hunger:

6:30 - IP breakfast
10:00 - salad with 1 cup of my veggies or just 1 cup of veggies without salad
12:00 - IP lunch
3:00ish - salad with 1 cup of veggies or just 1 cup of veggies without salad
6:00ish - protien dinner with 2 cups of veggies
an hour after dinner, IP snack

I feel the 10:00 and 3:00 "meals" help me curb the hunger. Plus tons of water!
