Cellulite question and IP

Can anyone comment on how IP has helped with cellulite? I have it and would like to see it leave. I thought there would be no getting rid of it, even if I lost weight but IP says cellulite is part of the loss...sounds too good to be true...looking for other's experiences.

I am just starting week two so I can't speak from experience but I went to a 2 hour IP class before starting and they addressed cellulite...apparently it is part of the fat stores that will become energy...and thus will diminish with the diet...I sure hope so!

I was told by an IP Coach that there is a Cellulite Protocol that you do after you are at your ideal weight. That this protocol will assist in getting rid of it. It takes 4 packs a day for a certain amount of time. I don't remember if its 2 weeks or 4 weeks. But it is too release the rest of the fat still underneath the skin.

Cellulite protocol is just no restricted IP Products, at least thats how it was described to me.

I had cellulite on the back of my legs and lost all of it on this program. I only had to lose 35 lbs though and did exercise during the last 10 lb loss.

That's awesome you lost all the cellulite! Did you drink the Blueberry Cran Granata drink to help diminish the cellulite? If so, how often?

I have had a noticable reduction of cellulite thus far, it's not gone completely - but it is MUCH less. My BF% is ~28% right now, and I am a size 4 - down from BF% of ~43% and size 16. I want to reduce my BF% down a little more and expect the cellulite to be even more reduced as that is burned away. Really the only way I can see to get rid of it is to burn the fat and try to retain skin elasticity.

I do need to stay on top of getting collagen in more regularly though. My original plan was to have ~2tbsp Knox unflavored gelatin dissolved in hot water w/some Mio and chilled over ice - a shot of it every other night, but I keep forgetting! Good reminder - need to add that into my weightlifting routine eating schedule (I get hungry on lifting days).

I have tons of cellulite, but since I was on the program it got better, at times it looks worse though, I am not quite sure why, even while losing at some period of times, it looks worse.

I did indeed notice a difference once I started including the gelatine to my diet, it is like the cellulite is instantly reduced.

I am preparing my whey powder with gelatin now and eating it as kind of a pudding instead of drinking it as a shake.
