Any ideas about coping on a cruise where you don't have access to hot water, refrigeration, or microwaves, i.e., what IP products to take other than bars and drinks to supplement the good choices available? Mornings I'm thinking of eating a veggie omlet and vegetables are available at lunch and dinner. Dinner will be easier since protein or fish are available but without weighing will have to try to be accurate on the portion size.

I'll be going on a cruise next month and am considering taking soups (as well as bars and drinks) since I don't need boiling water, just hot water and you can get hot water easily.

The only soup I've tried is the broccoli cheese because all the others have such high levels of sodium. You're right, hot water is available so soup is a good suggestion. Thanks

I use a combo of IP and alternative products. I love the IP broc cheese soup, but also love the Proti-Thin Cream of Vegetable soup and Proti-Diet Pea Soup. I'm pretty sure both the "Proti" soups have 100 cal or less, 7 g carbs or less. They mix very easily and smoothly with water. I buy from www.nashuanutrition.com but there are other sources as well.
