This fixed it for a couple months, but now I'm right back to where I started, and having the same issues as I had before the D&C. My main issue is my weight. I go up and down like a yo-yo. For example, yesterday I was up 7 pounds, today I'm down 4.5. I do this EVERY DAY, and can tell I'm retaining water, no matter how much I drink. I need to call my doctor today, but I know he's going to want to start me on hormones, and I'm worried about what it will do to my weight. Not only do birth control pills make me gain weight like crazy, but they also make me moody and give me horrible headaches. Everything else I can handle...but the weight fluctuations and weight gain that I assume will happen if I do hormones I'm really worried about!
In reply to the hormone part.. A couple of year ago my dr ran a hormone test on me, a siliva test. I was having panic attacks . The test showed a progesterone abnormality. They made a bio identical cream and it helped me a lot

Yep, last week. I'm on vacation this week, so no weigh in. I'm so excited. The last time I was in the 100s was before I got pregnant with my oldest daughter, and she's going to be 11 tomorrow!

I like the way IP has moved me from the sidelines into the court. Played volleyball again tonight- it felt really good. I love volleyball!

I see how well everyone is doing and it gives me hope. But still stressed.

WI#1 - 7.5, WI#2 - 5, WI#3 - 0.

Remember to figure the average weight loss you still are losing over 4 pounds a week. You've got this! Keep up the good work.

Hello everyone. I took a hiatus from the plan as I was not feeling well. But I am back to finish what I started. Haven't weighed in yet but it feels like I only gained a few pounds in the month I have been off plan. Here's to round two and the finish line

This is an opportunity to grow - I know, you don't want to hear that, but it is. If you can get through these horrible times w/o relapsing into carbs, you will be that much stronger when the next hardball comes and life is filled with them.

Re the 0 loss, at least you didn't gain. Know that w/in the next couple of weeks you will probably have a very satisfying loss, the body just works that way. I only lost .5 this past week, smallest yet - but am anticipating good things in the near future. Lastly I bet you have some NSVs happening right now that perhaps you haven't noticed given how much else is going on in your life.

Were you able to keep losing since your surgery and on P2/3?
