I really thought that having people comment on my weightloss would bother me because I'm a very private person, but it doesn't. I love IP and want to spread the word.
SewingMomma...You hit 199!!! WONDERLAND!!! You look absolutely fabulous!!! Almost there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I had a hard time getting out of the 150's as that was where I have always plateaued when dieting but when I hit about 140 I started to have very low losses and it was extremely frustrating. Just keep at it. I decided to stop at 135 as I am happy with the way I look but I had originally thought I would go for 130 but my coach honestly thought that number was a little low and told me straight up more than once I would have a hard time getting there and that she would stick with me until I got to 130 but that it was a little unrealistic for my body type. That frustrated me at first but now I think she was right and I am so happy that I listened to her.

Well, I ended up getting answers today, actually. I'm scheduled for a hysterectomy April 24. Now I'm anxious how this is all going to work with the diet!

WI#3 down 0. Bummer. Well I only have myself to blame. I've been totally stressed out with work, selling my house that I've lived in for 11 years, and my dog sitter stealing my identity and causing all sorts of havoc with my finances. I know it will all level out soon, but I really really want carbs right now.

I see how well everyone is doing and it gives me hope. But still stressed.

WI#1 - 7.5, WI#2 - 5, WI#3 - 0.

Good Evening, everyone! I worked out after work today (we have a gym in the building), and then I went shopping downtown. I can already wear smaller tops than I did before starting IP 4 weeks ago, but my pants size hasn't dropped at all! Has anyone else had a problem like this where the weight is coming off a lot in one place and not as much in others?

Weigh in tommorow...I have no idea what to expect after the 9.8lb loss last week. I have my fingers crossed I know I diddn't cheat that's for sure. It does seem to be getting a little easier.

Ya I am feeling like that too Keep faith it has to work! I have read that it moves and adjust as time goes on. Keep up the good work.

Good evening all.

For those who have had rough days today here is a big (((hug))) with lots of positive thoughts and prayers coming your way.

For me today is day 5 and I am proud that I have not cheated even when the temptation (key lime pie) was there.

I went walking with a friend of mine and we did a 4 mile loop around the park. According to my HRM, I burned 770 calories and i lost my fitbit (ye I am a gadget girl).

Hopefully I will get a good nights sleep and when I weigh in Thursday (I have not looked at the scale yet - hoping for a week 1 surprise), I will be truly surprised.

Funny this is happening for you now. I had a hyst on march 13, and am doing great. I went on phase 2 for a week, starting two weeks before the surgery. Then phase three for a week before surgery and four weeks after. I am going back to phase one on Monday next wk to get the last 18 pounds off. Dont panic. Also feel free to pm me anytime.
