I tried to ask the speaker last night about body odor, but he only took a couple of questions and then left, so I couldn't catch him after the talk either. sorry...
I searched for symptoms of ketosis, and body odor is not listed, but some anecdotal evidence from various message boards. It makes sense to me that it could happen. Ketones are being released, through urine, through the lungs (hence the bad breath), so why not through the skin?
If it's something you are worried about though, I'd ask your doctor, especially if you're on any meds.
