Still hating the scale, but feeling better...still going 100%...here is every day for me...
packet for breakfast either shake or hot coco from Nashau (if shake use Muscle Milk light)
packet for lunch shake, or another lower calorie packet from Nashau (keep under 120 calories...I use some that are higher carb, but contain fiber..so net carbs aren't bad and I am deep in ketosis...so no biggie)
For lunch I chop lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, and evoo/vinegar/seasoning
Dinner...6-8 ounces of meat (4-5 nights chicken, 1 seafood, 1 pork, 1 beef) with 2 cups of veggies (no salad...I don't want it) and evoo (spray to cook)
Nashau bar for snack
I also have 2-3 cups of coffee (with a little vanilla creamer...1 Muscle Milk light lasts over a week and 1 tsp of fat free half and half)
I drink about 90 ounces of water each day....
Today is day 17....I can't stand the scale stall, but I hate the 15 pounds on the scale I am seeing...need to get back to goal weight.....what should I do?
