Sigh. Still low carb today, but shared a bottle of red with my best friend. Will drink lots of water tonight and be back on the wagon tomorrow!

down another 1.6 pounds this morning...950 calories is the magic number....750 was too low.

Still 100%...just added a little extra protein and higher calorie alternative shakes.

Unfortunately because I had fallen so far....was up about 25 pounds of the 83 I lost....I still have a ways to go...

8 more and I will be at my pre-summer weight and then another 7 to my goal weight. But if that comes off quicker....I will keep going and get below my goal weight by 5-10 pounds.

I am willing to keep this up to Thanksgiving....just not phase 1.....I will do Atkins style cheat days (steak, cheese, cream, wine) every couple of weeks to keep going.

As of this morning I am up about 7.5 of summer weight and then another 7.5 to get to my goal weight (I had gotten comfortable above my goal weight over the course of my first year in maintenance).

At the end of the day, it really is only the pants that matter...LOL.. have a great day.

Personally, still fighting with the last two of the pesky 8 pounds. sigh.

same for me... scale is holding steady at 154. BLAH.

BUT, I do feel better, have tons of energy and have been working out a couple times a day so it's all good I guess!

I'm so happy to have found this site and specifically this forum! I hope you ladies don't mind, but I'll be joining the "reboot" group! I seem to have put on some weight over the summer, so I'm hoping to take it off and maybe a few extra pounds (we'll have to see how it goes!!).

Still hating the scale, but feeling better...still going 100%...here is every day for me...

packet for breakfast either shake or hot coco from Nashau (if shake use Muscle Milk light)

packet for lunch shake, or another lower calorie packet from Nashau (keep under 120 calories...I use some that are higher carb, but contain fiber..so net carbs aren't bad and I am deep in ketosis...so no biggie)

For lunch I chop lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, and evoo/vinegar/seasoning

Dinner...6-8 ounces of meat (4-5 nights chicken, 1 seafood, 1 pork, 1 beef) with 2 cups of veggies (no salad...I don't want it) and evoo (spray to cook)

Nashau bar for snack

I also have 2-3 cups of coffee (with a little vanilla creamer...1 Muscle Milk light lasts over a week and 1 tsp of fat free half and half)

I drink about 90 ounces of water each day....

Today is day 17....I can't stand the scale stall, but I hate the 15 pounds on the scale I am seeing...need to get back to goal weight.....what should I do?

BTW...I eat different veggies every night...

last night cauliflower

night before brocolli

night before spinach and mushrooms

night before aspargas

night before brussel sprouts

night before mix of mushrooms, peppers, brocolli
