I LOVE added surgar free caramel syrup to my pudding. I add more water too and heat it up to make it a hot drink before I go to bed. MMMMMMM

So instead of treating them like restricteds I, of course, INHALED them like crack (do you inhale crack?)!

But this was the first time I cheated at all--yesterday was Day 1 of TOM and I ate 2 of the bars like they were cheesecake. I think I need my bars sorta okay like the IP versions ;-)

Cheated as in you had 2 restricted? I did the same the other day. My TOM is here too and I couldn't stand the cravings. Not only that but I had 4 packets that day too. If I'm going to cheat, I'd rather it be an OP cheat, and not off program. :)

Favorite pudding brands?

I use a combo of IP and alternatives. I want to buy vanilla and choc puddings from an alternative source. Would like a powdered pudding so I can easily travel with them (on planes).

Which source tastes the best?

thanks,
Chloe

Yes I ordered from them several times. They were very efficient. It did take a bit more than a week to get here.

Part of the issue is likely Canada Post too.

The biggest concern people have is there seems to be no way you can contact them.

How did you find the email address?

Pat

Hi all. Back from vacation and stayed op! This is a lot easier to control at home-i have to say. Took a while to catch up with everyone's news, but great advice as always. Have a great alternative op day.

I placed my first order last month and it took exactly 1 week to the day to arrive. The order still says 'processing' on my account. I was a little concerned until I got it, as no-one replied to my email asking if it was going to be processed. I just placed my second order on Monday, so I'm not expecting it to arrive before next week.......

Ok thanks so much. That helps ease my mind. I found the email on the website.

Looks Like cost wise they're the best source I found. I think I will be ordering from them as soon as I can. have 3 weeks of IP left though.

I live in Rhode island which is pretty close to where nashuanutrition ships from. it usually takes 2-3days. I really like using this company :) no complaints. the caramel nut bars and chocolate soy puffs are the exact same as the ip stuff too.... same packaging and everything!

Enjoy :)

The Simply Bar?? Anyone...?

Has anybody tried these? This is a Canadian website, but they ship to the US as well. There's a range of soy-based bars available, but the nutritional profile for them all is quite similiar. Here's an example.
Nutritional Profile: 150 calories/bar; 2.5g fat; 8g carbs; 4g fibre; 3g sugar; 17g protein; 150 mg sodium.

Someone on this site swears by these, I think it is Mom2cs. She likes them because they don't have sugar alcohols. They are more expensive I think but I am going to look them up. I think I have a sensitivity to sugar alcohols they leave an aftertaste.

For fellow Canadians;
I went by a Dr Beinstein clinic. You can buy products there without being on their progam. I wanted to get some puddings to see if they worked in the mug cake recipe. They said they do not sell enough pudding at that clinic to stock it.
I bought a variaty box of bars and some cocoa. They are identical to IP products exact packaging.
They are $16 for 7 packages.

Has anyone tried the HealthSmart Cherry Gelatin, Raspberry Gelatin, or Strawberry Banana Gelatin? I'm wondering if it's similar to IP's Raspberry Jelly.

Thanks
