That's never nice, but my response to people that have called me that was "really, that's what you got is calling me fat? How orignal of you. Hope it made you feel big." I've gotten various responses to that. Mostly just the look of "I can't belive you actually said that". I smile and walk away. They can stick it!
I wish I did have a comeback but I was so shocked by it I couldn't think of anything. Just came inside and tried not to cry over that stupid woman's comment.

The weather this weekend is supposed to be in the 70's, so I'm looking forward to doing a little yard work!

Well hello everyone.... Happy Friday. Had a pretty decent night. Survived my first Derby scrimmage last night... And a good OP week... Noting much planned for this weekend... But I think the weather is suppose to be cold and rainy all weekend..
Hi everyone, Well, I may be going to P2 next week. I'm very excited, but also on the fence if I want to do one more P1 week... on another note I just finished green rice crispy treats and green jello. Next up are green cupcakes, green cheesecake and green cream cheese sugar cookies...Fortunately I can't color milk or dark chocolate green so I don't have to handle my favorite thing to eat (Chocolate)!!! All these goodies are for my nieces and nephews who will be at my parent's St. Patrick's Day party tomorrow! (And I get to wear an green tshirt that has never fit!!!) WOO HOO!!!
Morning everyone! Well back from WI and another 3lbs down! I've taken to wearing my husbands jeans (a 32!!!) Guess I really should go shopping.
New Englander, I had the option of going to Phase 2 this week but I just wasn't mentally ready. I'll use this week on Phase 1 to prepare and then go to Phase 2 nest week.

NSV today...I put on a brand-new pair of size 14 shorts...and they fell off!!! I was ticked off because they were new! So I went out and bought a couple of size 12 shorts that fit and a couple in size 10s that will fit in a few weeks.

lol i love this diet. i'm still holding my 14s up but i've pulled out the 12s that were in storage (because i was in a size 20) and can wear about half of them (without committing any muffin top infractions!). But I'm eyeing those 10s for next month. it's unbelievable.

So I just now placed a little order at Nashua but importantly purchased some EAS carb control shakes, largely based on your posts in an alternatives thread (funny how that works, isn't it? thank God for this forum though lol).
This will be my first week w/ alternatives so I'm a bit nervous BUT what I'm loving is that I just bought enough for 3 weeks for the price of 1 week @ the clinic I was using. That makes me quite happy and is a NSV of sorts . . . or at least a V ;-)
