Yes, I did this program about 4 years ago- lost about 40 lbs. It is similar to IP- actually, very similar. Some of the food is similar, some of it is better, some is not. It is more economical, and convenient simply because it comes right to your door. The only piece would be the coaches. There are really good ones, and not so good ones. But, I will say, my coach on tsfl was a lot more available for me at any time rather than my current one. I had thought I would try tsfl again but came across IP. TSFL is basically Medifast, but with specific coaches. So, if you have heard of Medifast, it is the same.
They have an excellent online community through mymedifast.com which is very supportive.
Other than that, good program, very similar to IP. |
