Great thread purplesky, thanks for creating it. These are some of the irrational thoughts that have gone through my mind! Re-started my food journal today!

How about-you start reconsidering your goal weight because hey, you look pretty good already do what would a glass of wine, nachos, etc hurt...

I am trying to get motivated for this week, but dh is away and without him I am afraid what I might give in to...

It was a fact based statement but week 1 that's the last thing you need, especially if it was a tough week and you feel like crap and you are starving at your appt. Loss is loss. I find myself saying things like that to woo hoo myself.

But, that's when I knew I had a problem. I was stressed and upset and immediately could only think of sweets and carb loading. I would never have admitted to that before. I did not think I was a stress eater. So, it was a good test and this site was even better.

You are having dinner at a restaurant and when the dessert is brought out everyone wants you to share. You think to yourself I havent been loosing for a while maybe a bit will shock my system into loosing again

I think this is my favorite thread ever!! I have not had coach problems but I can so relate and chuckel at the rest of them........

You consider stealing the fish from your two year olds fish sticks, becuse hay she really only likes the breading any way and they smell so good!!!!

LOL I have never even been a fan of fish sticks but for some reason last night they looked like a million dollars to me!!!!
