I even had 3 low carb beers while on vaca :( I only lost 2 lbs this weigh in. I am starting my 3rd week now, and looking to stick to it!! I would love ideas for lunch...i am already sick of salads......

I am also interested in learning how to make pancakes out of the cereal. Where can I find that recipe?

Homemade veggie soup- there is a revised weight watcher version in the recipe threads- my noon hour staple!

Ah, here's a question. For all of you who go to a gym, what do you wear?
I've kinda never been but I need to one day.

I have noticed a big difference. When I started I was in a size 18 and now I can get into size 12's. I've been taking picture's each month so I can compare and I can't believe the change not only in my body but also in my overall health.

Oh my! I can't believe I've been on IP for 24 weeks and had the southwestern cheese curls for the first time tonigh! The were sooooo yummy! I think they may actually be a danger for me to have around. I love how big the bag is! A perfect snack to take to the movies when my family is all eating popcorn! Yummo!!!!

It's been a long weekend, with lots of ups and downs. I'm not feeling as confident this weekend as I have the past few. I didn't stray from protocol at all, nor did I want to.. We went to Chuckie Cheese for my niece's birthday on Friday and when the pizza and wings were brought out, I was overwhelmed with the sight and smells of the greasy contents.. NSV for me!!
I did step on the scale yesterday, and I was up... =( I'm not really sure what the issue was, but I know I have 3 more days til weigh in, so I shouldn't sweat it too much.. I'm almost 4 weeks in and I can certainly feel the differences, just wish I could see the ones everyone else is seeing..
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and were able to stay 100% true to their commitments!!

I've kinda never been but I need to one day.

If you want to increase your exercise without having to go to a gym, check out 90 Second Fitness Solution....there are only 2 exercises you need to do to build muscle (per this book), and they are the plank and the wall sit. The rest of the book adds to that basic plan, and will kick most people's butts (and their thighs, and their arms).

Some videos on Youtube for 90 Second Fitness Solution:

The book on Amazon:

Between that book and the Fitbit that I purchased (very motivational!!), I do not plan on joining the gym again until I completely maxed out those options. (and based on how hard the advanced exercises in the 90 sec book are, I don't see that happening!)
