Is there a place where we can trade packets...like the clothing exchange thread, only with packets? I have several that I've ordered that I can't stand...and obviously can't send them back!

my clinic won't trade so I sold them on eBay

So you have 2 egg whites as a snack in addition to your 3 packets and lean protein, correct?

I just got back from my first weigh in. Drum roll please.........................
I removed 8 pounds and 5.5 inches!!!! OMG I am so excited and ready for the next weigh in!!!!

Thank you! I should take a new one...I just got my hair hi and low lighted last night. Don't even remember the last time I had that done, but thought it was a good reward for my progress so far!

My coach takes them right back the pink lemonade was horrible, so I ask her and she said sure no problem.

Good Afternoon everyone. Staying OP 100%. Its been tough exspecially since I ordered girl scouts cookies from the girls at church before I started IP and they came in this past week. I told them to give them to my daughter and she hid them from me LOL. Then my son brings home 4 boxes of girl scout cookies and puts them in the refridgator. :( :(:(
I have to say I am proud of myself, I have not craved or wanted them. :carrot::carrot:

I told my kids they better be gone fast or I was throwing them out.

Oatmeal cookies?
 
Hi all, I'm not to fond of the restricted maple oatmeal but would like to use it anyway. Thinking I can possibly make cookies out of it by adding egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder. Has anyone tried this or a variation thereof? Any help would be appreciated, thanks ;)

I noticed on this protocol, I have no craving for chocolate or sugar. I am amazed since anything I have done in the past I always look for something or crave it.

Oatmeal Cookies-(Phases 1-4)

1 Ideal Protein oatmeal packet
1 Ideal Protein butterscotch or chocolate pudding packet
1/8 cup rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Splenda or Stevia
a sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla
just enough water to get a cookie dough texture

Combine dry ingredients, then add the last 3 liquid ingredients to reach a cookie dough texture. Spray cookie sheet lightly with Pam olive oil spray and place 10 cookies on sheet. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-10 minutes or until desired degree of moisture. Test center of cookie with toothpick to see if baked.

Wow, mamacita, you're numbers are awesome and since we started about the same time and same height and weight, I am hoping for the same kinda numbers tomorrow morning when I have weigh in #9 (was away last weekend). I was hoping #11 would put me in onederland and it looks like it may put you there too. Keeping my fingers crossed for both of us!
