Good luck! I wish I had saw this and the alternatives before starting at my clinic. It would have saved me a ton of money. Too late now, I really like my coach, live in a relatively small town, and would feel really bad to drop her! I also know that I have been helped by having her to hold be accountable.

Have a great Friday everyone. I will be back later to post results as Friday is my WI day!

Only 1 lb down this week..I know I know 1 lb is still good. Tomorrow is the Little Rock Marathon and I am volunteering. I did it last year because my Dad ran a half marathon (he is amazing!) anyways I enjoyed it so much I am doing it again. It was so inspirational to watch people from all over the world and what we consider "handicap" people running 26 miles!! I cant even imagine doing something like that. OAN. I played softball yesterday it was so nice being in the sun and running around like a little kid again. Its a beautiful day again today I think me and my little one will enjoy it outside at the farmers market. You all have a blessed weekend! I know I will!!

It is weigh day for me. 179lbs !!!!! Decades since I have seen the 170s!!! Somehow this is just so darn exciting to me.

Now off to lay a track in a cool field I spotted yesterday. I hope Hogan's tracking nose is on today. It could be a fun track through tall grasses.
I was thinking this morning lying in bed how long it has been since I was in the 170's, 160's etc. I am so excited to get out of the 180's and I know it won't be long till the 150's and 140's if I stay 100% OP

Have fun with the dogs today. I miss walking with my dog. Spring will be here soon. Too much ice and snow and below 0 temps for me. I would end up hurting my back worse than it already is, but I have something to look forward too.

Ok everyone, I have an hard road ahead the next three weeks. I am flying to Wyoming on Sunday (13 hours on planes and layovers) and will be there all week for work. Then I fly home Friday (another 13 hours). I will be home Satruday and then leave again Sunday morning for a 6 hour drive to Anchorage and then an overnight flight to Las Vegas. I will be in Las Vegas (my folks have a house there we will be staying at) for 10 days before we come home again. I bought 3 weeks worth of food to take with me and I am prepared in my mind. I am only on day 9, so I havn't eaten out yet. I know in Vegas we will be eating out once a day for sure. I am thinking Steak and Chicken with Salad and veggies???? Help from anyone who has traveled during IP would be greatly appreciated. And has anyone taken fresh vegetables on a plane with them???

Here's to another 100% on plan day!

(true story, with a few embelishments)
I know the tough days, LOL if the pizza man magically showed on my bad days he may not have gotten away GOOD for you and I bet that poor man had no idea how close he was to the edge of being robbed LOLOLOL GREAT story and yes what a temptation!!! We are tested and you PASSED!!

When I attended my open house with my coach on Wednesday, she didn't mention this at all and she just attended the super training weekend in New Orleans. I would not change what you are doing, it is obviously working, I know I am not changing anything.

I did go to the dr this morning to get blood drawn for my thyroid, last time I was there (last month) I weighed 272lbs this morning on their scale i weighed 259lbs!....I do believe I have loss that pound I gained...lol...the nurse's mouth dropped she said you loss this in a month? I said well you see the chart and the scale so yea that would be correct.....lol.....she said holy h*ll.....lmao...its great!

Has my 8 week WI this morning. Down my average 4.something lbs. This officially makes 50 lbs down. It is amazing how fast it goes. I was reading yesterday about TOD, or the 7 week itch as I like to call it, and I have to completely agree. I love the results and enjoy feeling well again, but I am having a hard time mentally sticking with it. I'll be fine in the long run as it doesn't make sense to sabotage myself. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I think getting strangers comments and amazement is even better than friends or family, its like they HAVE to be nice but for people who don't know you it's genuine and unsolicited.
I also hadn't mentioned that I love the new avatar... :ff to take one month in pics::

I am reading conflicting information on this site. Egg whites are free??? What does that mean? Those of you who eat eggs, are they in place of an IP (or alternative) packet? I've been eating Egg Substitute for b-fast and counting it as though it were an IP omelet. Am I doing the right thing? Are some of you having eggs in addition to the 3 packets per day and lean protein meal? Thanks for any clarification that you can provide.
