I'm confused, shouldn't column F be the column we enter a number for this week and shouldn't that number be the weight loss for this particular week? In my case, 3.5 pounds, yes? If I put in my WI weight, it also shows up as 175 pounds lost so far on the challenge (column E)?

Looks like you figured out to put the pounds lost rather than the weight at weigh in.

Just an FYI, I just put the formula back into box F2 so we can see all the weight that everyone loses this week.

Also, a note to caja5152: I popped your awesome 5 pound weight loss into column F and put back the formula in column E so you will be able to see how much weight you lose during the challenge.

I find the data fascinating.

I joined. I know I am a week late but I think this will help me get through my last 10 pounds. Sometimes I am just ready to be off this but then I think about how far I have come and I stick with it. Thanks Ladies!
