First Day (again) tomorrow
 
January 2011 I started IP and by August had lost 50lbs but then in September - started slacking off which turned into not following at all - so since September I've gained back close to 20lbs - so tomorrow I restart.

I'm going to try doing it on my own without going to a clinic - when today to the health food store to buy my products for the week.

Hopefully the first few days won't be too bad!

I'll probably be looking for lots of advice and ideas - especially since I don't have a coach.

I know that you can do it! One meal at a time...you've already proved to yourself that you can do 50 lbs! It's not if you can do it...you will do it!

So far first day hasn't been too bad! I've had a bit of a headache since around 2 this afternoon.....nothing too serious!

So far I've had an IP hot chocolate for breakfast

Cut up veggies and an IP pudding for lunch

Had a large salad and chicken breast for supper

And will probably have another IP hot chocolate or an IP pudding for a snack

sounds perfect! Keep up the greatwork. There are a few of us restarting IP so you are not alone! The second time can be difficult to stick to so DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!!
