Thanks Miranda, Wuv, and Chloe. You guys are great. I'm going to follow yours suggestions and eat a restricted for breakfast and add veggies to my soup. I'm doing this without a coach due to cost and this forum makes me feel so motivated. It also makes me feel accountable; I can't wait to report my first WI. Hope you all have a great day!

Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to trying the puree. I'm really excited about this plan. So far I haven't had any cravings, fogginess or loss of energy. I had a slight headache the 3rd day but it went away with a couple of Motrin. I was a bit worried I might get tired of the packets but I'm finding so many recipes and suggestions on this site. Your photos are amazing by the way - congrats on your success!

tle1103: Another set of prayers for your good health!
Le506: Congrats on the 5 lbs gone!
DanafromAustin: Congrats on Onederland!
parislady40: I agree with you –this is truly a journey of self-awareness and self-love!
Omgzitsmiranda: It is awesome that your size 20s are getting loose – that’s where I’m at too and I love it! (Time to dig the 18s out of the back of my closet).

Tomorrow is my weigh-in...hoping for good news! Thanks Wuv for being such a great role model on being upbeat even if the scale stalls! I tried chopping asparagus and adding it to my IP leek soup last night...it smelled & tasted so good my daughter tried a spoonful & wanted more!

It's a windy day here in Central Washington...so, to quote a favorite stuffed bear, "Happy Windsday Owl!"

Hello!!
Congrats to all on the great WI can't wait for my 1st (3rd) WI on Monday after a week OP so far it's the 3rd day that I have done good.

To the people in Canada; I found a whey isolate protein powder at the superstore yesterday it has 3 g carbs and like 30g protein; is that a good product to use instead of the RTD muscle milk light chocolate?! I've used those the 1st time around and have been using them again this time but I this powder is more cost effective and also closer to home

Also, are there any packet, bar type of thing that can be just purchased at the store?! I know there's a ton of options to order online but sometimes I want things that I can just go get at any time without waiting for a shipment.

Thank you an have a great day everyone!!

I had WI #5 last night was not hoping for much since it was that TOM however I was surprised I was down 2.4lbs and 4.5 inches yay me. All the inches are coming off the mid section nothing from arms. hips or legs and that is a bummer then I realized I only have so much fat in the mid section so when that is gone my boddy will burn it from other places.

I also have a problem with paying so much for this program but I am going to stick with my coach for at least 3 months but no more than 6 months and if I still need to lose more I will have to try something different.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Thanks!
I buy my alternatives from Nashua Nutrition (US). Not sure where your from, but I know in Canada they get alternatives from Proteinwell. I pay an average of $11.00 a box for food. I compare the ingrediets closely with the IP products to make sure it's a good supstitute.

Hey, I love your blog. So inspired by your creativity with the food. Going to make the new zucchini chips recipe and some stirfried broccoli slaw with WF sesame ginger...
