Default Has anyone moved to P2 early?

Just wondering if this is common. I've been stuck on the same weight even though I'm following IP program. My coach checked with more IP counselors and recommended me moving to P2 for a few weeks and see if that kicks the scale and the measurements. I have a lot of work and home stress in my life and I've been more or less on the same weight for several years...not sure if my body is fighting to stay big, hehehe.

Over the last few weeks, my coach has been concerned about my losses being low relative to the weight I have left to lose. -.8 & -1.0 for the record. I wasn't concerned, but she was. So, she suggested I eat P2 lunch a couple of times a week to see if it would jolt my body back into losing mode. I did that twice over the last week. Unofficially, my scale is showing a loss of about 5 pounds in the last week (my official WI is tomorrow).

Why not try a week and see what happens? All you are adding is real protein instead of a packet at lunch.

Stress can effect the body in lots of ways so the more you can lower your overall stress level the better for you health. HTH

Sort of sounds that neither of you are getting enough food on plan. Great if thais works.

Yeah, I pretty much lived in phase 2 and had great losses when I was doing it.
