Over the last few weeks, my coach has been concerned about my losses being low relative to the weight I have left to lose. -.8 & -1.0 for the record. I wasn't concerned, but she was. So, she suggested I eat P2 lunch a couple of times a week to see if it would jolt my body back into losing mode. I did that twice over the last week. Unofficially, my scale is showing a loss of about 5 pounds in the last week (my official WI is tomorrow).
Why not try a week and see what happens? All you are adding is real protein instead of a packet at lunch.
Stress can effect the body in lots of ways so the more you can lower your overall stress level the better for you health. HTH
