Random question- meds seem different on IP

Anyone else? I take ambien and normally it would hit me within an hour. Now it's like minutes. Anyone else? It's stronger it seems too. -av

You have less food in your system to absorb the meds most likely.

"meds seem different on IP" because they are -- from birth control through hypothyroid, etc., etc. This is a time to talk to your coach about effects and your doctor about adjusting/ :)

I just experienced this too. I've been on synthroid for years and just had a TSH test eight weeks into phase 1. For the first time ever it came back showing I was over corrected! My doctor told me to skip a dose once a week for now.

Go to your doctor and tell him/her what you're doing. Ambien is powerful and you don't want to mess around with it.

You probably all know this but if you are on meds to lower your blood pressure, definitely contact your doctor or get your blood pressure checked. You don't want to take blood pressure meds if your blood pressure is currently low.
