I am certainly not the poster child for quick weight loss but every little bit keeps adding up. You will be so happy by summer that you did this. We need to be in top shape to battle the killer mosquitoes if it is anything like last year!
So true about those mosquitoes!!! Thank you so much for all you advice with this. It's been a hopeless battle these last few weeks.

Default OMG amazing weigh-in today!

This is my first full week back doing IP 100%, I thought I'd drop 3 or 4 pounds, a terrific loss I would have been thrilled to have. I lost 8.4 pounds! WOOHOO!!! That's 4.2 pounds OVER what I had gained back from my December "break". Yay!

Congratulations to everyone on your awesome weigh-ins & NSV's, it looks like we all had another great OP day!

I'm new to the thread, I've been lurking around for about a month or so now and I thought I would join!

I started IP January 11 i've lost 12 pounds so far which I'm very pleased with I've had my moments where I've gotten off track I love carbs more then anything that is all my diet consisted of, I don't eat red meat or pork.
Its been hard to stick to the diet at times but over all not bad.
I reallu enjoy the chocolate puff and alll the chocolate bars (I love chocolate)
I only drink the shakes, I don't like the soups or puddings.
I enjoy reading everyone's posts, everyone is so supportive of eachother.
I love seeing all the great weigh ins.
Good Luck Eveyone with your Weigh ins today!!

Hello All. I had great success with a diet similar to IP in the months before Christmas but my Christmas indulgence lasted longer than it should have! So today I am back on track. I'd forgotten how great the support on this site really is. So best of luck everyone.

I was looking through the jeans & found some Lane Bryant jeans that were a 20, it was like a match made in heaven. I thought, hmmm these look really small & I wasn't too confident that they would fit because they just seemed "small" for 20's so I don't know how Lane Bryant runs [true to size or what] so I tried them on anyway because they were just my style. Tried them on & I'm soo in love lol. They're amazing. the jeans are here.

To top it off they were on CLEARANCE! They're $59.95 on Lane Bryant RIGHT NOW and I got them for..........$9! WOO HOO!
That's awesome, congrats and you're right the jeans are great!

I have just been reading all of the post from today...Congrats to the WI's and the NSV's. I would like to comment about ALL of you who are WORRYING and STRESSING about the weight coming off, all I want to say is STOP STRESSING.....FOLLOW THE SHEET....IT WILL COME OFF. I have been OP for 41 weeks now I have not stressed about how much weight I have loss a week or how many inches are coming off. I see it in the mirror everyday when I look at myself. Even though that tape measure doesn't show I am losing inches my clothes are telling me that I am and I am shrinking. Some of you are expecting too much out of this program, it works different for EVERYONE....Each and everyone of us are different, our bodies are DIFFERENT. It kills me when I see "I ONLY LOSS____" there are people on here who lose .5lbs weekly and those people are perfectly HAPPY about that. This is NOT a miracle plan....it takes hard work, dedication and COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF. I don't want to brag or anything but I AM LIVING PROOF that if you DON"t STRESS and WORRY about 1) the scale 2) tape measure 3)carbs 4)fat 5)what someone else is losing YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!....I have NO DOUBT about that. It is what it is and WILL happen but you have to be mentally ready for EVERYTHING thrown at you.

I ate Friday night at a Brizlian Restaurant Friday night, I had pork tendorlion, filet, rib, sirlion and a salad. Saturday night I had a buffet at one of the casino's, I walked the ENTIRE buffet line EVERYTHING was fried the ONLY thing that wasn't in some type of sauce was the steak, I had that and a salad. This is just proving to me that I AM IN CONTROL, I MAKE MY CHOICES TO EAT WHAT I AM SUPPOSE TOO EAT. Sure I could of eaten anything I wanted to BUT that would have become between me and my goal and I would of broken that commitment I MADE TO MYSELF!

Sorry for the lost post, I am just a little disappointed in the post with the negative things going on. BE PROUD OF EVERY OUNCE YOU LOSE.....NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED IN ANYTHING YOU LOSE.....EVERY OUNCE IS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!!!!!![/B]
very well said, Wuv, thank you for your wise words and congrats on your weight loss! You look wonderful

Actually, now that you mention it, I have been going to bed early and sleeping well (except for peeing). I just think my body is telling me I need rejuvenating while cleansing my body. You are losing quickly, which means your body is working hard creating energy from your fat stores (ketosis). Your body is having to work for energy instead of waiting for the carbs/sugars you used to be feeding it. I think my coach would say add an extra IP if you are feeling that fatigued.
