How much it too much protein??
I bought some RTD shakes from Costco and they have 30 grams of protein. I was going to do 3 of them a day and then a lean and green for dinner. Is 90 grams of protein too much plus my protein source at dinner??

You're pretty safe with 1-1.5 grams of protein per lean Lb of body weight.
Unless you're eating tons of protein with your dinner you should be ok. |
