I really thought that was the main point I was trying to make in that post, perhaps it wasn't clear enough.
I also hoped to get the people asking about flavored teas, yet giving no nutritional information to hopefully be able to look at their labels and figure it out for themselves, as it can be really nice to feel yourself empowered enough to decide things for one's self.

The 0/0/0 is carbs, fats and sugar, not calories.

That's why egg whites would fit into that category.
