New to this!!!
 

Hello! I have just completed my first day on the Ideal Protein diet!!! It was a challenge since I work in a restaurant at least 10 hours a day 6 days a week. When its slow and boring, all we do is snack! I must pat myself on my back, since I followed my plan! I only felt hungry between breakfast and lunch, so I chewed some sugar free gum and that seemed to really help.;)
The only thing is, I'm a bargain shopper. Any ideas on where i can find the essential protein products online?

If you live in Canada check out kijiji.ca or shocking look at e-bay. A woman from my town quit the diet and sold me all her food for $20.00!!! There was 18 packs, so I saved myself some cash there!
