Previously doing this diet, i experienced headaches and dizzyness and lightheadedness the first few days...obviously its from my body sugar crashing from my previous way of eating... and re-adjusting to not having sugar as a fuel source...So anywho.. i took WUVS advice to put a little sea salt in the hand and lick it along with a glass of water...AND IT WORKS!!!

i seriously thought "No way!!! is sea salt going to work" but it totally does and here i am testifying for other newbies..if you have a headache or dizzyness ...and you feel like crap..EAT YER sea salt!!! and drink yer water!

Jove is a word that expresses emphasis- gives oomph to the meaning!

Yes, I think it was a typo. In Roman mythology Jove was the king of the gods.

So it is sort of like saying "By G*d!" without actually swearing.
