^^finally having WI tomorrow, skipped last week due to wedding weekend travel!
Breakfast@8am:
Pure Protein Vanilla (spinach smoothie)
Spinach
2 cups Coffee & Ice
1 tbsp WF Chocolate Sauce & Cinammon
Lunch@12pm:
IP Chicken Soup
Poblano & Hot Pepper Puree
Salad w/EVOO+Apple Cider Vinegar
Walking@3:30pm <--trying out 'mall walking' for the first time, 20 minute walk, play area stop for my son (& snack for me), followed by another 20 minute walk. 95 degrees at 6pm (not to mention serious thunderstorms) is too much!
Breakfast: IP Vanilla Pudding
Lunch: IP Vanilla Pudding and 2 cups cauliflower
Dinner: 5 oz shrimp with salad and 1 cup celery and 1 cup Brocolli
Snack: Pure Protein chocolate deluxe bar
Breakfast; Coffee with a splash of EAS as creamer.
Protidiet Peanut Surprise bar
Lunch; Chocolate spinach shake, might snack on a dill pickle after.
Dinner; Grilled chicken, roasted zucchini & mushrooms.
Late snack; Mix of French Vanilla & Chocolate fudge shake, with 1oz of milk.
Breakfast: Strawberry Smoothie (made from Strawberry Pudding)

Lunch:
Salad with bell pepper and cucumbers
Snack: Soy Puffs
Dinner:
Asian Meatballs with cabbage (regular and napa)

Can you tell me how you make the pudding shake/smoothie? I tried adding extra water to the butterscotch pudding last night and it was awful! I just stocked up on the puddings so I could make some "shakes" Thanks!

Bkfst 0730: White choco crisp bar (I was running late)
Lunch 1230: Mushroom soup with 1 cup of sauteed mushrooms in it, 1 cup of spinach salad with oil/vinegar/stevia dressing
Snack 1700:2 dill pickles
Dinner 1900:8oz grilled chicken breast, 2 cup sauteed mushrooms. (edited to say it ended up being 2 cups because the baked turnip was an epic failure) :P
Snack tbd: Lemon merringe dessert made with SF/FF lemon jello and an IP vanilla pudding packet-looks heavenly, hope it tastes good! (edited to say-YES, this is delish!!)

Aren't those mocha wafers THE BEST??!! I love love love them!! They taste like coffee crunch to me!! So delish! I have one for a treat with a coffee and savor every bite!

I simply LOVE them! Really. I had them for breakfast this morning and thought I much prefer have them for a snack at night with a Chai Tea ;-) yummy. I ordered the vanilla one...will see if I like them as much ;-)

I usually put something like 2 cups ice and about 6-8oz of water (you may need a bit more water, but I have a vitamix, so its pretty powerful). I also add some stevia (my favorite is Vanilla Creme) and sometimes I add WF Carmel Dip or Chocolate Dip depending on my mood.
I've noticed that the puddings really need to say their Shake OR pudding mixes otherwise the ice doesn't blend well into them. They wont be HORRIBLE, but the ice doesn't get as smooth and mixed in if they are supposed to just be pudding.
