Hi, and welcome! Some folks use those ketosis strips you can get at the pharmacy. I'm thinking that after a week, 2 tops, you should be in ketosis.
You'll probably hear it over and over, but don't stress about weighing yourself too often. The water weight, TOM and the 'big C' all play havoc with the scale, so you can go up and down and it does not reflect fat loss/gain. I didn't even own a scale during Phase 1. Just waited until my check-in at the clinic to find out. Think long term...keep doing the routine and the weight will come off...
