frustration...!
I have an obsession with weighing myself, and i tinhk its depressing me.. i cant jump the 170 mark.. this morning i weighed as soon as I woke up, 168.. i thought that cannot be right because yesterday I was 170.. so i weighed again a couple hours later and sure enough 173.. ? up 3lbs.. bla.. waa waa.. i feel like my losses are slowing down alot.. dont knw what to do about that.. i really wanna meet my goal by may 1st... i still have 30 lbs to go..
