Quick question: what would be the maximum amount of Splenda that we can use during one day? Thanks!

Most people try to limit themselves to 3-4 packets a day I believe. I was originally told by my coach that things like Splenda are free so I don't worry if on occasion I go over that, but if my losses weren't where I wanted them to be that's the first place I would cut.
