Does anyone know if we can use Vitamin C crystals? The only ingredient is powdered/crystalized Ascorbic acid.

Maybe you should check with your IP coach. Sometimes Vitamin C can affect how well your body absorbs certain medicines. It would probably a good idea to check and make sure that it won't interfere with the CalMags/Multi-Vitas /Pot. pills we take

I just looked on my order form and saw Vitamin C Crystals listed.... Never noticed that before Looks like you can use them

That's great. Thanks for looking it up! They work to give a tart taste similar to a tartness of vinegar. I love them in homemade salad dressings to give them some punch.
