Day 6
Day 6 for me and I want to eat EVERYTHING! I've been hungry all day and cranky, cranky, cranky. Anyone else feel this way?:?:

I'm on week 7 and still feel this way at times.
It should pass according to the experts. Hang in there. Eat more lettuce they say lol |
Try eating more filling foods. Since I gave up fatty foods (Fried, icecream, chocolate).. I've had sooo much trouble eating enough! All the food I eat is filling and low calories, so getting up to 1500 calories a day can feel like a chore! I can't crave anything since the though of more food makes me sick lol.
