Round 2 of IP: Should I start after or during my TOM?

Hello everyone! After a long, regretful break from IP; I'm back, using some alternative products, and some IP products this time.

I know water retention is a major factor in stalls, and I was just wondering should I wait?

And will alt. supplements like Multi One-A-Day effect my weight loss?
