I weigh myself daily - when I remember (some mornings are crazy) but my scale also gives stats like body fat and h2o so if the lbs aren't moving (or moving in the right direction) I can usually see that I'm retaining water or that the body fat % is changing - you can't soley focus on the lbs. I have a little phone app that I record dailys but my sparkpeople journal only records official weigh-ins

I don't it everyday maybe the day before my weigh in but it's not good for me to see the fluctuations that happen throughout the day...

You guys are awesome!!!! Thanks for all the responses. After reading them I convinced myself that I would only weigh myself once a week. Guess what??? I weighed myself this morning!!! Luckily I was down a pound but knowing how unhappy I am when I don't lose (God forbid I go up, which many of you say can happen), I need to only do it weekly. I'm on my second week and feeling pretty positive!!!:D
