Default can we use this home made mayonaise?

You put this in the food processor starting with the first 4 ingredients, then add in the oil. If I substitute a canola can this count for our two tablespoons of oil a day? I've made this pre diet and it tastes really good...

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 cups vegetable oil

Hmmm...I've been thinking of making a homemade mayo dressing...thanks for the reminder! Only thing would be to use olive oil...as Wuv pointed out.

Plus I thought it was two TEASPOONS, not tablespoons. Am I wrong?

You're right. It's two teaspoons of olive oil per day...

I use it on my stainless steel pans just to keep things from sticking, but if I am sauteing something I add the olive oil, and I have a spray bottle (refillable) that I use just for olive oil and one for apple cider vinegar to spritz my veggies with. TOTALLY worth the investment!

Take a drop of Olive oil and then spread it over the surface using a paper towel (until you get the spray oo).
