I have been stalled now for 2 weeks no weight loss. The same 2 pounds keep going up and down. I loose 2 one day and gain 2 the next day. So weird. This week I am doing all unrestricted. Lets hope to get the scale moving again. The food is so expesnive and not getting results is discouraging

If the scale is not moving or is going up, what about your inches? Losing fat means losing inches. If you are losing inches you have not hit a plateau. Does anyone get a body scan at their clinic? It will tell you how much body fat% you are losing also.

I also suggest upping your water. It can make a big difference. :)
