I would still only drink the Diet Rite on occasion as a Treat. Its just my opinion though, we all do what we have to, to make the diet work for us. You are right a little bit of aspartame in a few sticks of gum is much healthier :) congrats on everything btw, you are doing your body well!

Unfortunately we have no coach here - the closest one is 4 hours away... we have 2 places we can purchase IP product at and after my weight loss last year they were teasing me about becoming a coach... ruined that with my lack of follow through... but this time.. who knows? Maybe! ;0)

Will check for Spry - thanks Linden!

Maggie, I was told anything over 9 carbs is restricted. Take a look at the spreadsheet that has the nutritional information. Any items in green are restricted and should only be allowed once per day. There are a few items that are only allowed twice per week because of their nutritional information. Keep in mind this diet is about keeping your calories, carbs and sugars low and protein high.

If it helps, here's what I typically do every day.

B: RTD shake
L: 2c veggies, soup or RTD shake
D: 2c veggies, up to 8oz lean protein (steak, pork, fish, seafood, hamburger)
S: Pudding or Protein Bar. The protein bar is restricted.

I have made the mistake of eating chili for lunch AND having a protein bar for snack. DON'T DO THAT! Chili is a restricted item.

That's awesome!! WTG!! That just goes to show you that this diet is more about body chemistry than simply calories in v. calories out.

I've attached the nutrition info for the IP products. The restricteds start at 8g carbs and are basically any of the snacky foods (bars, puffs, ect). Hope this helps!!

Thanks for putting the nutrional sheet out there. I am going to put on fridge. This will be very helpful in making my daily decisions!
