Maintenance is scary...

    "What you get by achieving your goal is not as important as what you become by achieving your goal."

    Today I reached my goal weight :-) And I've become a happier, more confident and HEALTHIER me! I'm excited, nervous and proud all wrapped into one. But most of all I'm grateful to my coach, Dr. and everyone at the office! :-)

    54 lbs since 7/24/11---wow!
