Is there any way we can start adding a column for height in future challenges? I think it would be nice for newbies. That way when they look at the previous challenge sheets they can find someone their height and close to their starting weight to gauge what rate of weight loss they could be hoping for.

Anyway, I weigh in tomorrow and have added my name to the sheet!

Also, where it says weight for the week of Jan 9, does that mean we are counting the weight from the 9th-16th, or from the 2nd to the 9th? I'm just confused because that's when I started and I've never done a challenge before x.x

2nd through the 9th was the first week. And one can join in anytime.

Today's weigh-in is the 9th through to the 16 (or adjusted for which ever day of the week you weigh.)

Hello! I would love to join in this challenge. I have been on IP since last Thursday and my next weigh in is this Thursday. It states to enter only in the blue boxes- do I enter my name or anything else? I want to send a big THANK YOU to set this challenge up.....I really need this to get me going on the plan.
