Cloudy Urine?

sorry to be so graphic:D
but I noticed my Urine is cloudy and quite smelly now, does this mean I'm in ketosis?:?:

I drink anywhere from 10-12 cups of water a day

The only way to know if you're in Ketosis for sure is to use the "ketostix" available at most drug stores. Check stream first thing in morning.

I notice a scent in my urine too. Kind of like the smell when you open a bottle of vitamins. Not cloudy at all though.

I know Urine smells normally but this smell is stronger
the cloudiness has subsided with mine now
