Well, I started P2 on Saturday. It is fine, but I will admit, I miss the convenience of my packet at lunch. I know that this is what I need to do, but I seriously almost grabbed a packet for lunch...and then again at dinner.

I can definitely see myself using the shakes when I get to maintenance. I may use an alternative but I really like the convenience of the shakes/bars/puffs!

Pickles?? Aren't they high in carbohydrates and not on the list of approved foods?

So, I just came back from my first WI, and I was sure I must have gained weight...but I am happy to report a loss of 5 lbs and 1 1/2 inches I couldn't wait to come back and tell you all! Hope everyone is having a great week so far!

Pickles are on the approved foods, can't have the whole jar but you can have them.

What they are is HIGH in sodium. Sodium causes water retention. Moderation is your friend.
