I dont know why todays thread is already closed?

Runner - i make a taco salad and i absolutely love it.

I use ground turkey or chicken but you could use ground beef

sorry no exact measurements, but here it is:

pkg of ground turkey or chicken
add in cut up bell peppers 2 cups
once ground meat is cooked add in cumin and chili powder to taste-depends
on how much spice you like
add in some water to make a bit of a thin gravy
once done, pour mixture over your lettuce and enjoy!!
