newbie ??? dosage of supplements?

Hi all, I am a newbie, been on site lurking for awhile now and starting plan in a few days using all alternative products... Sorry if this question has been answered over and over but i haven't found it..

Could anyone please tell me what the daily dosages are for all the supplements we need and when to take them throughout the day?

Any help is greatly appreciated, this is an amazing site and i look forward to sharing this journey with you all!!

1 MultiVita & 1 Potassium in the AM
2 CalMag & 1 MultiVita with Dinner
2 CalMag with snack before bed

They recommend one of the FishOil supplements, my coach recommended I buy the huge bottle at Costco - which I did.

One thing that I have found is if anyone is allergic to Fish Oil (or don't like the fishy burps) or flax seed oil (I happen to be highly allergic to both) and need Omega 3's they have this new supplement called "Ovega-3" it's all plant based and "vegetarian" any ways...it's at GNC (or amazon for 1/2 the price)...
