I started by using lemon juice and Mrs Dash salt-free or other seasonings, dill for instance, but have moved on the using an organic apple cider vinegar. Sounds weird but it's delicious AND a lot lower in carbs. Slightly sweet. And if I have an egg yolk left over from making something with the whites I make my own mayo with 1/2 yolk, EVOO, vinegar and a little sea salt. No sugar. There are tons of recipes on the internet.

Spinach counts as your 2 cups of veggies only lettuce is unlimited
