Tea does the trick for me! I had really bad hunger pains liek my stomach was going to eat itself.. I would curl into a ball the hurt so bad.. but everyday the got better and better and then they were gone.. probably by week 3.. but yes.. Tea always seems to curb my hunger :)

I was always hungry for a real long time until I changed the timing for drinking water and taking supplements. I drink 2 cups first thing, then have coffee and a chocolate drink. I then try to drink3 more cups before noon. This seemed to hold me over and I wasn't so hungry for lunch. If I was able to drink 3 more cups before dinner I wasn't hungry.
Try fiddling with you intake schedule. |
