Good Morning Everyone! I am going to my initial consultation, weigh in and measuring tomorrow. I am really nervous (don't know why) and excited. I am inspired by all of the successes. Thank you for the inspiration. I will be back reading everyday.

Wuv you are so right about that bonus. The first thing out of the nurses mouth was you didn't cheat on Thanksgiving. She was amazed at the total lost. I love seeing the weight lose. I have to admit I was a little shocked by the 7 lbs. That was more than my first weigh in but I loved that my winter jacket wasn't to
tight in the shoulders this morning. It was a bit snug when I wore it last.

You body is adjusting again, you will have weeks like this, Take them with a BIG SMILE!!!....lots more to come!! I went through my closet yesterday and have 3 bags of clothes to give away. My closet is EMPTY now...lol...I tried on my jackets from last year, of course they are too big but they were too small last year. I am going to keep them around for now but once this winter is over they are gone!!...even my $400 leather jacket I have worn 3 time in 5 years!!!

Oh wow it's been a while since being on here. Phased off for a couple of months unexpectedly, but now I'm back on phase 1 for this last 20 lbs gained a few while off but what can ya do, it was my own fault. Started on Friday and already down 5 lbs!!!!! Plus I changed my goal a few more lbs!!!!

Hi,
I just put the dress I bought for my office Christmas party, and it seems like it is kind of loose now!!!! OMG! I can't afford to buy a new dress!!
It is amazing losing weight, I just wish I can find free clothes, lol
