Steven Someone actually said those things to you?! Wowsa! I saw your before and after pics on FB and was so shocked and so proud of you!

The rest of the pics are so inspiring as well - this is a great motivation for us all and taking the pics to see the side by side difference is such a good idea to keep you focused and on track. Sometimes it is so hard to see the difference on yourself.

I'm not sure I see much of a difference but my kiddos and hubby say they do - I started 9-16 so I just made my offical 2 months last week!! here goes ;) (i put pics in my signature? not sure how elese to do it?)

That was my first week on IP and I was at a 4th of July party. You all know how great of a time I WASN'T having watching everyone else eat and drink when I was ravenous!

Pictures give just a visual to all the success stories happening with IP. Great job everyone :bravo: Personally, I can't stand to look at my fat pictures they make me depressed.
