Smile help needed

hi everyone...I need to know honestly how safe this Ideal Protein diet is?? I have watch a couple friends do it and have had great success. I am afraid to be in ketosis for so long because I have at least 100 lbs to lose...How much protein do you get on it on an average day? Thanks..

You should definitely check out the stickies, They are at the beginning of each daily thread! I feel 100% safe... and knowing that I am getting in better health daily!

Yes, I am technically in Phase 1, because Phase 2 is actually a pretty short transition and I'm not transitioning yet, but I have real meat twice a day rather than just once... so in that it's similar to Phase 2. I hope that makes sense. --I've been studying a lot today and things are a little fuzzy in my brain. LOL

By the time I am finished this program I will have loss right around 188lbs. I consider this to be 100% safe. I have loss 103lbs in 30 weeks, I have never felt better.
