Good job on the support there Brownbebe, you are correct, in having your snack before bed, helping with the metabolism but some get hungry and would rather have their snack between lunch and dinner.

Hello Everyone!

I had WI today. Down 3... Totally wishing for more this week, but it will come off sooner or later! Had a great night with my mommy. went out to Costco, then out to dinner! My mom is on WW and we are the same weight right now. so there seems to be a little competetion!! haha.

When I went to WI today. My clinic is now carring all the WF products, since they are now selling the IP cookbook! And they sell the dressing in packets. So I thought that was pretty exciting!!

Hope Everyone had a decent day! I will be working a 12 hour day tomorrow so I will most likely be on the boards all day!
