Ok back from WI, down another 4 this week, woohoo!

Technically down 101 since last year, but 76 since starting IP.

Here is a picture of the device, didn't come out very well, but I tried:

Costs $400 to purchase, and then there is the monthly fee per person.

Have a great one everyone, need to get to work lol.

It takes readings of your body fat and hydration.

If I remember I will take a picture of it with my phone today when I do my WI.

Yes that's the device my clinic uses, and it goes into the computer system like Wayward explained. It checks for lean muscle, body fat and hydration. I don't pay an extra fee each week to use the machine as the cost was built into the fee I paid up front when I started the program. My clinic is really into BMI over a number on the scale, although my coach loves to see both numbers go down.

Default Weigh In Today

Hi All,
I had my weigh-in today, and I was down 3.5. That makes for more than 40 lbs lost.

Thanks to all of you for the advice. It really helps.

Here is a tid-bit I received from my coach regarding Thanksgiving. She reminded me that because I have been on the program for about 9 weeks now, cheating would literally make me sick. She said it would be like doing the first week over again. While the thought of slowing down my loss was okay motivation, the thought of getting sick is enough to keep me from the mashed potatoes and stuffing. Turkey and a salad it is. And maybe some .

Thank you everyone, it's scary to think I could be done in 4 weeks, but that's only if I can keep my current average going since I am averaging exactly 4 pounds a week now overall.
But if I can keep it up that would be great, my original goal I set was Dec. 5th and that was back in July, looks like I am going to miss that by at least a week, but I always said I would go till either Dec. 5th or 205 whichever came last.

Congrats everyone else on their losses so far today, I don't mean to overlook them.

Oneguy, definitely not worth feeling crappy and losing a week.
For some of us that might only be a pound or 2, but you also have to consider it probably will screw up the week you cheat too, or it could at least.
So that could be 2-4 pounds you don't lose.
For me that would average like 7-8 pounds because I cheated, no way is it worth it for me.
Thanksgiving is just a paid day off for me, my family other than my wife and kids are no where close, so nothing big planned for our T-day which makes it much easier for me.

WOOHOO!!!!....congrats!!...your coach is right, not worth getting sick over, its just food anyways, you can have it at a later day!! I am going to Mom's for T-day so I have no problem staying OP cuz she will make sure of it!! not that I need her to do it but she still wants to eat like I do

Wow, I know I saw some good losses in there.

I can hardly focus right now though because they are replacing the roof on our condo which means they are pounding and pounding.---Did I say pounding? Okay, I'm I'm done complaining. I think---well, no I can't!
